How to submit a copyright takedown notice to simpler.realestate, the counter-notice process, and our repeat infringer policy.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
SRE, LLC, doing business as simpler.realestate, respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks our visitors to do the same. If you believe content on www.simpler.realestate (the "Site") infringes a copyright you own or control, you can send us a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. section 512.
To be effective, your notice must include all of the following, in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list is acceptable.
Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to let us find it, including the URL or URLs on the Site where the material appears.
Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the way you describe is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Send the notice to our designated DMCA agent:
Designated DMCA Agent for SRE, LLC dba simpler.realestate
Attn: DMCA Agent
10525 Timberwood Circle, Suite 100
Louisville, Kentucky 40223
Phone: (502) 425-6000
Email: [email protected]
For the U.S. Copyright Office record of our designated agent, see the Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory at www.copyright.gov/dmca-directory.
A notice that does not include all six items above may not be effective.
After we receive a notice that meets the DMCA requirements, we will:
Remove or disable access to the material that is the subject of the notice.
Take reasonable steps to notify the person who posted the material.
Forward a copy of the notice to that person, if we have a way to reach them.
If you believe material we removed was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed (a URL is the most helpful).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal district court in the district where simpler.realestate is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
Send the counter-notice to the same designated DMCA agent listed above.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original notice. If that person does not file a court action seeking an order to restrain the alleged infringement within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Section 512(f) of the DMCA provides that a person who knowingly sends a false takedown notice or a false counter-notice may be liable for damages. Send a notice or counter-notice only if you have a good-faith basis for what it says.
simpler.realestate maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users and the access of third parties who are determined, in appropriate circumstances, to be repeat copyright infringers.
