I'm Steve Falkner, your dedicated real estate agent with a passion for turning dreams into reality. For the past six years, I've been helping clients find their way in the Louisville real estate market. Real estate is more than just a career for me—my wife and son-in-law are also in the business, making it a true family affair!

With 25 years in medical sales before transitioning to real estate, I’ve built a solid foundation in client service and negotiation. I bring these skills to every transaction, aiming to make the home-buying or selling process as smooth and satisfying as possible.

Outside of real estate, you'll find me enjoying a round of golf, hunting, or catching a sports game. My love for sports and family life keeps me actively engaged in the community.

If you’re looking to buy or sell in Louisville, I’m here to help. Reach out, and let’s get started on making your real estate dreams come true!
