He also served for 12 years on the board of the Building Industry Association of Louisville. A Louisville native, John holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife, Kris, enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with their family. Education & Personal Life

A Louisville native, John graduated from Trinity High School in 1967 and earned both his bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Western Kentucky University. He and his wife, Kris, have two daughters and three grandchildren.

Outside of real estate, John enjoys playing golf and discovering new restaurants with Kris. They love traveling and spending time with their grandchildren, cheering them on at baseball, softball, and basketball games. John is especially proud of his oldest granddaughter, Ava, who is pursuing a career in the medical field.
