Meet Johanna Papapietro

Hello! I’m Johanna Papapietro, a bilingual Realtor® (Spanish/English) proudly serving Louisville and surrounding communities.

Originally from Venezuela, I earned my degree in accounting and began my career in corporate accounting. I later found success in insurance sales with National Western Life—a journey that afforded me the opportunity to attend a leadership conference in the U.S. in 2016.

That experience inspired my transition to real estate, where I can better fulfill my calling: helping individuals and families find homes that reflect their dreams. Whether I’m guiding a buyer through their first purchase or working with a seller to showcase their property, my ethical standards, compassion, and dedication are at the center of everything I do. My commitment to clients is reinforced by values of family and faith, which guide me personally and professionally.

Since settling in Louisville in 2018 with my husband and son in Oldham County, I’ve been deeply involved in the Latino community. When I’m not assisting clients, you’ll likely find me reading, sewing, knitting, working out, or capturing Louisville’s beauty through photography.
