Meet Annette Coxon

Annette Coxon is fantastic! She has made buying a house fun and simple. She responds quickly and is willing to answer any questions about home buying. This is the second home we've purchased with Annette, and we would highly recommend her!

I want to take a moment to provide feedback on my experience with Annette Coxon of Remax Properties East in Louisville, Kentucky. First, a little background: my wife and I have lived and worked in the Atlanta, Georgia area for the last 28 years; however, Kentucky has always been home. Now that we are both retiring, we wanted to relocate back to Kentucky to be close to friends and family - preferably in the Louisville area. Annette stuck with us for about a year of house hunting, all over Kentucky and southern Indiana. She is a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, who gave us great advice, finding and showing us only those homes that me...

We loved working with Annette Coxon. She is patient, makes herself very accessible, and is well-connected in the industry. She was able to get trusted people in quickly for inspections and repairs. Highly recommend!

Thank you, Annette Coxon. You are a great realtor, and God sent you. I stumbled across you by accident, and my intuition told me to use you as my realtor. You did everything and more to help me get a home, and I truly appreciate you for all of your effort. Five stars is not enough to show my gratitude. Thank you again. You are the goat!

Annette Coxon was relentless in her search with us, the pickiest buyers in a tough market! She helped navigate us through this competitive market, and after two years of her sticking with us through thick and thin, we found our dream home! She helped us win in a multiple-offer situation. Then, she helped us seal the deal on the home we were selling when we received multiple offers. She is honest, trustworthy, and always had our best interests at heart. (She's got a great sense of humor, too!) She made us feel like we were her only clients and her top priority!

Annette Coxon is a fabulous real estate agent. Our situation was a little unique. We are relocating from the Atlanta area to Louisville and weren't sure where in KY we wanted to retire. We had lived in Lexington; I attended Centre College in Danville and like the town. We've spent time in the Land Between the Lakes area. Annette patiently showed us homes in all these places and arranged for local Remax agents to show homes in places she couldn't travel to in LBL and Danville. As our options became clearer, Annette concentrated her search in areas east of Louisville and southern Indiana. Over two house hunting trips and seeing 12-15 homes, we found t...

I recently decided I wanted to move closer to my family in Versailles, KY, from Louisville, KY. I had lived in Lake Forest Subdivision for 15 years and absolutely loved everything that it offered. I loved my area, the location, which was so close and convenient to my church and shopping malls. There were so many wonderful options; however, I decided it was time I needed to be closer to my family. Once I made the decision to move, I reached out to Annette Coxon for her assistance to list my house and advise as to what all I needed to do to get ready for this big decision. From that moment, Annette was my “go-to” for everything. I can’t speak highly ...

We had the best experience with Remax. Annette Coxon is fantastic! She not only helped us sell our condo but got us the highest selling price in the complex. She was super knowledgeable, answered every question we had, and was always quick to respond. She had a ton of patience with us throughout the journey (we have a newborn who requires 99% of our time & attention!), and she handled our juggling act with nothing but grace. Closing was a breeze, even with the baby tagging along. Annette made the entire process so much easier; we can’t say enough good things about her! If you’re looking for an exceptional agent you can trust, give her a call - you w...

Working with Annette is a pleasure. My wife and I placed the entire process of selling our condo in Annette's hands. We live in Arkansas, and having her here to handle everything was great!

Our realtor is Annette Coxon with Remax. She helped us find our 1st house as a newly married couple 11 years ago, and she just helped us find our "forever home". She was very loyal to us and worked extremely hard for us. We knew she always had our best interests at heart. I can't say enough good things about her; she is very special to me and my wife. If you choose Remax Properties East, ask for her. She will fight for you and what you want.

Annette Coxon works tirelessly to make sure her clients are completely satisfied, and it shows. From the beginning to the very end, she was prompt, highly responsive, and dedicated at all hours of the day to make sure that the sale of my home went as smoothly and successfully as possible. I am a physician who had to relocate in the middle of the listing process to a new state; Annette made sure that everything was taken care of - from showings to forwarding correspondence, even going by the house and getting screens out of the windows when the HOA had scheduled exterior cleaning! When the first contracted offer on my home didn't work out, there were...

I highly recommend Annette Coxon; she has been very great at helping my wife and me buy a home. We are now homeowners because of her hard work.

Annette Coxon is quite an asset to RE/MAX Properties East. We really appreciate all of her efforts to help us find a property that met not only our needs, but also our wants. I sincerely appreciate good customer service, and this is an area where Annette excels. She is polite, professional, patient, prompt, punctual, dedicated, energetic, and very friendly. We don't expect to complete another real estate transaction for a while, but I can't imagine doing so without Annette. RE/MAX is quite fortunate to have her on their team.

Annette Coxon was a tremendous help with my recent property transaction. I couldn't have done it without her expert advice. She's the best!

Annette Coxon is who I will be using when I purchase my next home.

Annette is the best! Thank you for helping us!
